How do I install my shelf?
Everything you need is in the box. Grab a drill, a screwdriver, and a level, and you’re sorted. For step-by-step instructions, check our Installation Guide.
What’s included with my shelf?
Each shelf comes with screws and plugs for gib or timber walls. If you’ve got brick or concrete, you may need to grab different plugs.
How much weight can it hold?
Plenty for books, ceramics, plants, and design mags. Just don’t try balancing your microwave on it.
Do the bookends need installing?
Nope. The Happy Ends are ready to go. Pop them on your shelf, slide in your books, and you’re done.
Can I order custom colours or lengths?
Yes! We can make shelves in custom colours or lengths on request, just message us through the contact us page. These are made to order and take a little longer - usually 10–15 business days.
How durable is the finish?
All of our shelves and bookends are professionally powdercoated for a tough, long-lasting finish. Like any painted surface, they can pick up small marks or scratches over time with use. We see this as part of the product naturally wearing in.

Where do you ship?
Right now, New Zealand-wide. We’re working on adding international soon.
How long will my order take?
If your shelf is currently in stock we aim to ship within 2–3 business days. Some colours may be made to order - in this case its 10-15 days. You’ll get tracking details as soon as it’s on the way.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us straight away with details. We’ll sort it so you’re not left with a sad shelf.
We only accept returns within 7days.
